Hey, I'm Charlotte, 25, mumma to a little boy Arlo who will be one on 7th August (where has the time gone!).

I have gone back to work Part-Time (office based) and find myself sitting down alot of the time but super busy. When I am home I am running around like a headless chicken. I NEED to loose my baby weight and start eating well and regularly!
